Cloth tracking is a common issue of horizontal belt filter in our daily working, how to solve this problem?

1. Failure of three position five-way valve

2. Tracking roller stuck

• Due to the cake condition, the touching rod can not reset, and the cloth tracking to another direction. 3. Tracking roller stuck

• The bearing of tracking roller is easy to destroy, and stuck the roller.
• Maintenance the tracking roller bearing regularly, adding lubrication oil and fixing the bolt of two sides.

4. Cloth tension roller

• If the cloth is loose, the friction between cloth and tracking roller is insufficient, which will affect the tracking performance.

• Too tight will affect the life service of cloth.

• Adjust the cloth tracking unit, make sure the stress is evenly on the cloth, and then tension force is as suitable as required.

5. Rubber belt tracking

• Aligning the belt, the cloth tracked automatically.
• Check the condition of bearing, change it when broken
• Adjust the bolts in front and back of the belt, the belt is automatically tracked.

6. Cake stick on the cloth roller　

• Cake stick on the roller will cause the difference of external diameters of roller, speed of roller will affect, which leads the cloth tracking.
